When the Local Government Information Model is enabled on a parcel fabric, parcel types, attributes, and domains that reflect the editing requirements of Local Government parcel maintenance are added to parcel fabric tables. These attributes and domains are added in addition to the predefined system attributes of parcel fabric feature classes and tables. Some predefined system attributes have been also been renamed. For example, the Name system attribute on the Parcels table has an alias named Parcel Identification Number for the Tax Parcels sublayer and an alias of Lot or Unit Number for the Lots and Units sublayer.

Attributes and domains on the Parcels table

Parcels in the parcel fabric layer are displayed by parcel type in a series of layers. Each parcel layer references the parcel fabric Parcels table. Attributes and domains are added to the Parcels table when the parcel fabric is enabled with the Local Government Information Model and are turned on and off based on the parcel type of the layer.

Attributes of the Line Points table

Line points are parcel points that sit on adjacent parcel boundaries without splitting the parcel boundaries. Line points are constrained to lie on top of the adjacent parcel boundaries and minimize the occurrence of gaps and slivers in the parcel fabric.

Attributes and domains are not added to the Line Points table.
