Huff model calibration requires at least one competitor to be present within the analysis extent of the map.

Solution

Create a study area that contains competitor points or change the analysis extent to include competitor points. The current analysis extent can be viewed by clicking the Business Analyst drop-down menu and choosing Set Analyst Extent.
