Description

There is an invalid geometry in Boundary Layer or there is not enough physical memory on the system on which Business Analyst is installed.

Solution

Load the boundary layer into ArcMap and verify each feature of the boundary layer displays properly. Verify that there are enough system resources available to run the tool.
