Description

There was a failure in reading the specified record from the file.

Solution

Re-create or recopy the file and try to run the tool again. If the file is an INFO table, it may be corrupted because of incorrect handling of the table, such as copying or moving it using your operating system file manager instead of ArcCatalog.
