Description

A fishnet mesh was placed over the points and the number of points falling within each fishnet square was counted. Unfortunately, all of the counts were exactly the same and this tool requires at least some variation in the values being analyzed.

Solution

To resolve this problem, you can try an alternative Incident Aggregation Method, provide a feature class for the Bounding Polygons Defining Where Incidents Are Possible parameter, provide your own Polygons For Aggregating Incidents Into Counts, or specify an Analysis Field.
