Description

Features get projected on the fly to the projection of the cached service. The specified feature failed to project. The feature could be corrupt, null, or the feature class could have an undefined coordinate system.

Solution

Make sure there are no null or corrupt features in the feature class. Make sure the feature class has a defined coordinate system. If you still get the error, try projecting the feature class to the same projection as the cached service.
