Description

An error on the system prevented the background processes from starting. All tools will execute in the foreground for the remainder of the application's session.

Solution

Restart ArcMap, ArcCatalog, and so on, and try to run the tool in the background. If the error persists, please contact Technical Support to investigate resolving the issue.
