000570 : Failed to update cache configuration.

Description

You see this error message when the tool is unable to update the cache configuration.

Solution

Make sure you have valid permissions to edit/update the cache configuration file. It is also a good practice to examine server log files for any errors. The log files are located at <ArcGIS for Server Installation directory>\server\user\log on the SOM machine.
