Closing all task assistant workflows in Task Assistant

One or more task assistant workflows can be opened and viewed in the Task Assistant window at one time. You can close task assistant workflows to remove all workflows from the Task Assistant window. Closing task assistant workflows may be helpful when the workflow is no longer relevant to your task or if the task is opened for reference only.

Steps:

1. Right-click in the Task Assistant window and click Close All Workflows.

   All task assistant workflows are closed and no longer display in the Task Assistant window.
