Viewing software authorization metadata in Manager

You can use ArcGIS Server Manager to view the license level, license expiration date, software version, and extensions you've authorized to work with ArcGIS Server. To view software authorization metadata, follow these steps.

Steps:
  1. Open Manager and log in. If you need help with this step, see Logging in to Manager.
  2. Click Site > Software Authorization.
  3. In the Software Authorization module, review the software authorization metadata.

The extensions information is retrieved from your ArcGIS Server authorization file. If you've authorized an extension but don't see it in the list, contact Esri Customer Service to ensure that your authorization file is valid and includes access to the desired extension.

If you want to modify the edition, level, and extensions your server is licensed for, run the authorizeSoftware script from the <ArcGIS Server installation directory>/arcgis/server/tools directory. Once you've updated your licensing, you'll need to restart ArcGIS Server in order for the changes to take effect.
