Browsing table records

The browser at the bottom of the Reviewer table can be used to show only certain records in the Reviewer table. You can choose specific records in the table and click the Show Selected Records button to show only the selected records in the Reviewer table. The Show All Records button is selected by default and shows all the records in the Reviewer table.

The navigation buttons move the focus to the next record but do not select the related feature in ArcMap.

Steps:
  1. Start ArcMap.
  2. If necessary, load data in the map.
  3. On the main menu, click Customize > Toolbars > Data Reviewer.
  4. Start a Reviewer session in one of the following:
  5. Click the Reviewer Table button Reviewer Table on the Data Reviewer toolbar.
  6. Click the Move To The Next Record button Move To The Next Record to go to the next record in the Reviewer table.
  7. Click the Move To The Previous Record button Move To The Previous Record to go to the previous record in the Reviewer table.
  8. NoteNote:

    You can also type a record number in the text box to go to that specific record.

  9. Click the Move To End Of Table button Move To End Of Table to go to the last record in the Reviewer table.
  10. Click the Move To Beginning Of Table button Move To Beginning Of Table to go to the first record in the Reviewer table.
  11. Click the Show Selected Records button Show Selected Records to only view selected records in the Reviewer table.
  12. Click the Show All Records button Show All Recordsto view all records in the Reviewer table.
