Description

The input PDF document is secured using a file password and a password is not provided or is incorrect.

Solution

If the PDF is protected by restricting access to open the document, the PDF's open password is required. Make sure a valid password is provided. This is different than the PDF permission password, which gives you access if it is protected by restricting access to copy contents.
