Description

The location specified for the output relationship class must be valid. The name of the relationship class must be unique if the tool is not allowed to overwrite existing features with the same name.

Solution

Specify a unique name for the relationship class in the same feature dataset or geodatabase as the participants in the relationship. If necessary, change options to allow tools to overwrite existing outputs of geoprocessing operations.
