000203 : <value> cannot contain representations.

Description

A feature's class representation is only allowed in a geodatabase feature class. All other input feature types are not valid.

Solution

Change the input to a feature type that can have a feature class representation. A conversion tool can be used to create a feature class, and the Add Representation tool can be used to create a feature class representation.
