Hiding the History tab for Task Assistant Manager

You can opt to show or hide the History tab in the Configuration Manager using the Display the History Tab check box. You may choose to hide the History tab to prevent other users from viewing the event logs. It can also be hidden if the Log History After Execution option is disabled on the Designer tab for a workflow.

When the Display the History Tab check box is unchecked, the History tab is only hidden for the machine on which the option is configured. It is not hidden on any other user's machine.

Steps:
  1. Click Start > All Programs > Task Assistant Manager > Configuration Manager.

The (Administrator) Configuration Manager dialog box appears.

    NoteNote:

If you do not have administrator privileges on the machine, the dialog box title is Configuration Manager, and you cannot change to Task Assistant designer mode.

  2. Click the Settings tab.
