Deleting a dimension style

This topic applies to ArcGIS for Desktop Standard and ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced only.

You can delete a dimension style using the Dimensions tab of the Feature Class Properties dialog box.

Steps:
  1. In the Catalog tree, right-click the dimension feature class.
  2. Click Properties.
  3. Click the Dimensions tab.
  4. Right-click the dimension style you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete.
  6. All features that reference a deleted style are symbolized as raw lines with a box for the text. You can assign a different style to those dimension features during an edit session.
  7. Click OK.
