Existing ArcGIS for Windows Mobile users

The latest ArcGIS for Windows Mobile setup is able to automatically upgrade certain previous versions of this product if currently existing on the target system. See below for more information.

Upgrade allowed

It is not necessary to uninstall the following products listed below before installing 10.2. The installation process will automatically upgrade your ArcGIS for Windows Mobile to 10.2.

• ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 10.1.1
• ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 3.1
• ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 3.0

Uninstallation required

If the following products are installed on your machine, they must be uninstalled before proceeding with the 10.2 setup of ArcGIS for Windows Mobile.

• ArcGIS Mobile 10
• ArcGIS Mobile Windows Application 10

Note:

The 10.2 setup for ArcGIS for Windows Mobile will terminate and display a dialog box if any of these products exist on your machine.
