Uninstalling ArcGIS for Windows Mobile

The ArcGIS for Windows Mobile components can be easily uninstalled. Selecting ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 10.1.1 from the Add/Remove Programs dialog box provides the options to uninstall (Remove All) or add and remove installation components. Uninstalling ArcGIS for Windows Mobile

For Windows XP, click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. Select the application to uninstall ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 10.1.1 from the program list and click the Change/Remove button.

For Windows 7 and Server 2008, click Start > Control Panel. Click Uninstall a program. Select the program to be removed from the list.

For Windows 8, right-click the lower left corner, then click Control Panel. Click Uninstall a program. Select the program to be removed from the list.

How to perform an uninstallation of ArcGIS for Windows Mobile silently

To uninstall a product silently, use the following Windows Installer command:

msiexec.exe /x <{product code}> /qb

For example, to uninstall ArcGIS for Windows Mobile 10.1.1 silently, use the following command line:

msiexec.exe /x {B4436C83-F8C0-4F35-887A-D301955A39A3} /qb
