System requirements for Windows Mobile

Your Windows Mobile device must meet the following minimum system requirements before you can install ArcPad:

Memory	64 MB RAM (128 MB or more is recommended)
Free storage space (approximate)	Approximately 50 MB to install the following: 11 MB for ArcPad 9 MB for ArcPad StreetMap 2.5 MB for Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition database engine 2 MB for Elmore sample data 2 MB for Redlands sample data 1 MB for Riverside sample data 10 MB for Rhode Island sample data 6 MB for World sample data 400 KB for HARN tables 2 MB for NADCON tables Approximately 100 KB for each language pack
