Deploying the application to Tomcat

The procedure below describes how to export an application in Web Applications Manager and deploy it to a Tomcat servlet container.

Steps:

1. In Web Applications Manager, click the Applications panel, check the box next to the web application you want to deploy, then click Export.
2. On the web application export page, configure security if desired and click Export.
3. On the File Download dialog box that appears, click Save.
4. Save the file to the <Tomcat Installation Directory>\webapps folder.

If the Tomcat server is already running, the web application is automatically deployed and ready to use.
