ArcGIS for Water Utilities is an industry specific configuration of ArcGIS designed to meet common needs of water, wastewater and stormwater utilities and is delivered as module of ArcGIS for Local Government. ArcGIS for Water Utilities is a free download that you can deploy on top of either the entire ArcGIS System or the individual components of the ArcGIS System that your organization licenses.
