Esri is committed to developing a community of partners who are actively engaged in selling and delivering ArcGIS for Local Government. It is through collaboration with its partner community that Esri best meets the needs of local government customers.
In order to make this collaboration with Partners repeatable and successful, Esri has created the ArcGIS for Local Government Specialty designation within the Esri Partner Network. It is designed for Partners who are focused on the local government marketplace and who want to work more closely with Esri. Partners with this designation possess local government and GIS knowledge, as well as deep Esri technical expertise, in particular on web and mobile technologies.
If you'd like additional information on the ArcGIS for Local Government Specialty, please contact your Partner Manager.
Partner Contributions
To participate in the ArcGIS for Local Government Specialty, Partners must provide either:
- Complementary applications that are based on the ArcGIS System and use the ArcGIS for Local Government information model; and/or
- Implementation services of the ArcGIS System as well as complimentary services to install, configure, and extend ArcGIS for Local Government
Esri Contributions
In recognition of these commitments, Partners will be:
- Promoted by Esri internally and externally through a range of vehicles, including web, printed materials and events,
- Differentiated by Esri through this designation,
- Enabled through a package of Esri development and marketing software and a specialized knowledge transfer workshop (training) on ArcGIS for Local Government, a long with, access to beta/pre-release versions of ArcGIS for Local Government, and
- Aligned with Esri’s local government teams through direct engagement with the product, marketing and sales teams focused on the needs of local government
Esri will continue to grow and evolve the network of ArcGIS for Local Government partners and provide users with a way to discover which partners can help them implement and extend one of ArcGIS for Local Government’s modules.
