ArcGIS Server is the primary platform to distribute maps and GIS capabilities via Web mapping applications and services to improve internal workflows, communicate vital issues, and engage stakeholders. The Java Web ADF is an AJAX-enabled framework for building Web applications built on JSF and Java EE. It includes server side controls and client side behavior accessible via JavaScript libraries. The Java Web ADF takes full advantage of the powerful mapping, geocoding, and geoprocessing capabilities of ArcGIS Services.
