To download the current version of the ArcGIS API for Flex do the following:
- Sign in to ArcGIS Resource Center (click on the "Sign In" link in the upper right corner of this page if not already signed in).
- Go to the Flex API download page page and accept the license agreement.
- Click the Download link to download the API Library.
