Call ogr2ogr (via FWTools) from ArcGIS Python script

Description

This tool was created to allow users to call FWTools (specifically the ogr2ogr command) from ArcGIS. It allows for input and output file designation, output file type, and ogr2ogr arguments to be added to the conversion routine. A limited number of file types have been added to the dialog, but can easily be added by the user in the tools Properties->Parameters. This requires FWTools to be installed on the host machine.
